This project is an ambitious, two million square foot, mixed-used development located in downtown Sandy, Utah. The complex is anchored by a three-theater performing arts center which includes a 2,800 seat Broadway roadhouse, a 500 seat community theater, and a 200 seat black box experimental stage. Adjoining the center is a performing arts school which will train over 3,500 high school students in the dramatic arts, dance, and music.

A thirty-story tower rises above the performing arts center and contains premium office space, residential condominiums, and an upscale hotel. In subsequent phases, an arts oriented retail mall and two additional office and residential towers will be added to the project. The entire project is designed in accordance with the principles of sustainability and will derive a portion of its energy requirements from wind turbines and photovoltaic panels.
